Return and Cancellation Policies Call or write for authorization to return within 10 days of receipt of merchandise, authorized for return merchandise must be received within 10 days. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return the carton by UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS. All returns subject to inspection before credit is given, items must be in new condition. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any product shipped at our expense that needs to be returned to us, should be done so at the expense of the purchaser. We do not accept COD shipments. Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.
